PESHAWAR – The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has notified a public holiday on September 17 (Tuesday) across the province on account of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH).
A notification issued by the provincial government said all educational institutions and government offices will remain closed on Tuesday.
The federal, Punjab and Sindh governments have already announced a public holiday on account of the birth anniversary of the holy Prophet (PBUH).
The 12th Rabi ul Awwal, also known as Eid Milad-un-Nabi, holds immense significance in the Islamic calendar. It is a day of deep reflection and celebration, as it marks the birth of the Prophet (PBUH), whose life and teachings continue to inspire billions of people worldwide.
