ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday telephoned Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad to apprise him about the progress made in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
According to local media reports, the interior minister took the governor into confidence over the developments so far taken place in the case especially after the arrest of Muazam Ali, one of the key suspects in the case, from Karachi this week.
Yesterday, Nisar Ali Khan said the government was determined to take Dr Farooq’s murder case to its logical end.
Khan also held a meeting with British High Commissioner Philip Barton on Tuesday in which this case was also came under discussion.
