Adviser to Sindh CM flouts law by riding vehicle without number plate

KARACHI – Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh Muhammad Bux Mahar flouts the law by riding a vehicle without any license plate.

The Mahar was riding a Bentley near Quaid-e-Azam’s Mausoleum en route to the national monument with number plate and no police official even stopped him.

A spokesperson of the adviser to CM said that the vehicle’s number plate had fallen off on the way to Quaid’s Mausoleum, reported Geo News.

According to him Mahar’s driver kept the vehicle inside the car rather than pitting it back, adding that “Sardar Muhammad Bux Mahar is a law-abiding citizen.”

On August 8, 2015, the Supreme Court had directed the authorities to ensure that no vehicles having number plates with Applied for Registration (AFR), non-duty paid or with fancy number plates shall run on the roads in Sindh.
