LAHORE – Senior journalist and Daily Jang columnist Syed Anwar Kidwai died here on Friday due to cardiac arrest. He was in his mid 70s.
Kidwai, who was admitted to a hospital after he collapsed on a road, died during treatment.
“The funeral prayers will be offered on today (Saturday) on 1:30 pm after Zohar prayer at 389 -Jahanzeb Block Allama Iqbal Town Lahore”, Naseem Qureshi, a journalist in Daily Jang, announced in a WhatsApp message.
