RAWALPINDI – Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt-General Asim Salim Bajwa repudiated Indian claims of carrying out ‘surgical strike’, stating that no such strike took place inside Pakistan’s territory.
Talking exclusively to Samaa TV, the military spokesman said Indian forces launched fires across the border through the night; however, immediate retaliation by Pakistan’s troops silenced the Indian guns.
Bajwa said Indian antics are a clear manifestation of their unwarranted provocation, adding Pakistan’s armed forces are fully prepared and on their marks to retaliate if any adventure is undertaken by Indian side.
