ZHOB (Staff Report) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Wednesday laid foundation stone of Zhob-Mughal Kot Carriageway of western alignment of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
The premier was accompanied by Federal Ministers Abdul Qadir Baloch, Jam Kamal, National Security Advisor Nasir Janjua and political leaders including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Mushashid Hussain Syed, Mir Hasil Bizenjo, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Mian Iftikhar Hussain.
Nawaz Sharif also inaugurated construction work on Qila Saifullah-Wagamzad road on the occasion.
The two projects will link Dera Ghazi Khan, Qila Saidullah Mughal Kot and Zhob as part of western route of CPEC. Both sections are expected to be completed till September 2018.
