Sikh yatrees reach Gurdwara Dera Sahib Lahore

LAHORE – Sikh yatrees who arrived here to celebrate janumdin of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Jee reached
Gurdwara Dera Sahib Lahore by special buses on Monday.

Earlier, they reached Lahore Railway Station by a special train from Punja Sahib, Hassan Abdal.

Party leader Sardar Amer Jeet Singh expressed his satisfaction over the arrangements made for them by
Pakistan government. “We will visit Gurdwara Kirtarpur Narowal on November 28,” he added.

He said that Sikh community from all over the world was very happy over the opening of Kirtarpur corridor.

Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandak Committee Pardhan (PSGPC) Sardar Tara Singh said that PSGPC was fully cooperating for the provision of facilities to Sikh yatrees and arrangements of gurdwaras.

Other Sikh yatrees also expressed satisfaction over security arrangements and hospitality extended to them in Pakistan.
