Avril Lavigne, our childhood favourite singer, was photographed at Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, clad in a black abaya.
She and her team were invited to perform at Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, which is taking place between 14th till 21st March.
Highly moved by the cultural experience she poured her heart out on social media.

The pop star had previously expressed her excitement to be a part of Special Olympics that seeks to unify the world and not shun those who are less-abled. The artist herself had spent years battling against Lyme disease.
Apart from exploring the opulent surroundings of the Emirates Palace, Lavigne and her friends also enjoyed an activity of camel ride down the private beach of the Abu Dhabi hotel.
