ISLAMABAD – Widespread rain with wind-thunderstorm is expected in different parts of the country today (Friday).
According to details, rains showers expected in Islamabad, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) while at scattered places in Punjab, Lower Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northeastern Balochistan, Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
Snowfall over mountains is also expected during the period. Meanwhile, heavy falls are also expected at few places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The temperature of some major cities recorded on Friday morning:
Islamabad and Peshawar 14 degree centigrade, Lahore17, Karachi 20, Quetta, Gilgit, Murree and Muzaffarabad 7 degree centigrade, the Radio Pakistan reported.
