SRINAGAR (Staff Report) – Indian forces resorted to fire tear gas shells on demonstrators when they started chanting pro-Pakistan and pro-freedom slogans at the venue of ‘Big Kashmir Marathon’ on Sunday in Hazratbal area of Srinagar in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
According to footage the university students also hoisted a Pakistani flag during the marathon.
The Indian paramilitary forces baton charged the youngsters to disperse them however the charged students kept shouting “Pakistan! Pakistan!”.
The youth marathon comes after two days of strikes in Indian Occupied Kashmir on the call of Hurriyat leaders following the announcement of meat ban by High Court.
