ISLAMABAD (APP) – Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says business community has an important role to play in revenue generation and economic progress of the country.
During a meeting with representatives of trading and business community in Islamabad, he said government is encouraging growth of formal economy and expansion of the tax net.
Ishaq Dar was briefed by the FBR team on the progress of negotiations with the traders on matters of withholding tax and other issues.
