MOSCOW (Web Desk) – Moscow is ready to act as mediator in order to help normalise relations between Tehran and Riyadh, sources in foreign ministry said on Monday.
“Severing of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Iran is not adding to mutual understanding, rather, both sides need dialogue,” Interfax quoted Russian foreign ministry source as saying.

The Russian official added the decision of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to cut off diplomatic relations with Iran cannot be viewed as constructive step.
Bahrain and Sudan on Monday expelled Iran’s ambassador after Saudi Arabia severed ties with the Islamic republic.
