Death Toll In Israeli Airstrikes On Lebanon Rises To 274

The death toll from Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon has reached 274.

According to Arab media, Lebanese Health Minister Firas Al-Abyad announced in a press conference that 274 individuals have been martyred in the Israeli airstrikes on Lebanese territories, including 21 children and 39 women.

The Health Minister also stated that 1,024 people have been injured due to the Israeli airstrikes.

He mentioned that two aid workers lost their lives and 16 were injured in the attacks, while Israeli forces destroyed two ambulances.

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu commented on the attacks in Lebanon, saying that they had promised to change the balance of power in the north, and they are doing just that.

Netanyahu stated that they are destroying thousands of missiles and rockets stored in Lebanon that are aimed at Israeli cities.

He added that difficulties will be faced in the coming days and urged Israelis to remain united and follow government instructions.

It is noteworthy that after an attack by Hezbollah on the coastal city of Haifa yesterday, Israeli aircraft heavily bombarded various areas in Lebanon today.

Foreign media reported that Israeli warplanes conducted 80 airstrikes on the city of Nabatieh in just half an hour, claiming to target Hezbollah positions.

Reports indicate that today’s attack by Israel was the largest aerial assault since the Gaza war began, with simultaneous strikes on northern and southern Lebanon.

An Israeli military spokesperson advised the Lebanese public to stay away from Hezbollah posts, stating that attacks will continue until the “threats are eliminated.”
