Stop maligning Rangers, move court instead, Nisar tells MQM

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Following the arrests of criminals and assassins from the Nine-Zero and ensuing MQM criticism of the Rangers raid, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Saturday advised the Muttahida Qaumi Movement to avoid using inappropriate language for the army and paramilitary force Rangers and move the independent judiciary instead.

“I am not sure if there’s any country where one can use such language about security forces. It is simply unacceptable,” the minister was quoted as having said by local media outlets. Nisar recalled it was the MQM that had called for bringing the army in the port city of Karachi. He also expressed surprise that it was the MQM which had time and again commended the army for its sacrifices in the war against terror.
