NEW DELHI (Web Desk) – Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag on Tuesday trolled Pakistani cricket fans once again on Twitter.
Sehwag, who has been an avid critic of the green shirts and cricket fans in Pakistan, mockingly requested Pakistani fans to not break their TV sets during their teams clash with India in the ICC Champions’ Trophy next year.
The taunt was in reference to the reaction of Pakistani fans to their teams most latest defeat against arch-rivals India in this year’s T-20 World Cup.
Wow! Just 1 year remaining for #IndVPak

The cricketer who made his debut at a commentator in ICC World Twenty20 earlier this year was also involved in banter with Shoaib Akhtar.
Even though the tournament finished long time back, Sehwag’s ill feeling towards Pakistani cricket has yet to subside.
The men in green will open their campaign against defending champion India on June 4, 2017.
Earlier, soon after India beat Pakistan in hockey during Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, Viru didn’t waste any time to poke fun at the ‘Rawalpindi Express’.
“Sorry Shoaib bhai hockey mein bhi mauka haath se nikal gaya (sorry brother Shoaib, even in hockey the mauka has evaded you),” Sehwag tweeted.
India and Pakistan have been fierce rivals in sports and politics for almost 7 decades. However, their rivalry in cricket easily surpasses all others, leading to some of the most electrifying matches in modern international cricket.
Pakistan’s dominance over India in all formats of the game has gradually faded since the 2009 ODI World Cup, where the green shirts were knocked out in the group stages.
