Marvel’s Black Panther is an action packed thriller with outrageously designed costumes, astonishing terrain, and a very good looking star cast. First introduced in Captain America: Civil War, Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa returns to his homeland Wakanda where he is both king and protector of his country.
The African setting of the movie has allowed Marvel to explore different conceptualizations which sets it apart immediately from all other Marvel films.
Right after Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther with its latest trailer seems to be working on a different theme in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Also starring the talented Michael B. Jordan., Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, and Angela Bassett, the film has everyone on the edge of their seats.
Here is the official synopsis and a look at the trailer.
Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther” follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.

Following the footsteps of recent big-budget movies, the trailer is a sequence of appropriately hyped and disconnected scenes and does not give much away. Yet, it gets one excited for the actual film, set to release on 16 February 2018.
