KARACHI – Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) member provincial assembly (MPA) Kamran Farooqi has reportedly decided to join the Mustafa Kamal led Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP).
Media reports suggest that Kamal would hold a press conference at Pakistan House today where the MPA will make announcement regarding his joining.
Earlier in December, former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) member and Member of National Assembly from Karachi’s NA-239 constituency, Salman Mujahid Baloch, announced to join PSP.
In September, lawmaker Nadeem Razi joined the PSP, levelling allegations against his former colleagues.
Razi, a member of the provincial assembly from PS-121, addressed a press conference alongside Kamal and claimed that the MQM-Pakistan faction was deceiving the public into believing their August 23 stance.
