LONDON – Police in London are hunting a man after a woman was raped at knifepoint when she offered him some change.
The victim, in her late 50s, was subjected to the horrific attack in an alleyway of Essex Road in Islington, north London, earlier this week.
The man then emptied her bag onto the floor and stole some valuables before fleeing the scene, the Mail Online reports.
Described as dark skinned, around 5ft4ins in height and of medium build, the attacker was wearing dark clothing and looks like he is between 30 and 40 years old.
Investigation is ongoing.
