ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who recently underwent open-heart surgery at a hospital in London, will not be returning back to Pakistan directly, and will instead proceed to Makkah and Madinah subject to permission by doctors.
A source close to the first family anonymously told a local newspaper that the Prime Minister is recovering fast and he will offer Umrah and prayers of thanks at the Ka’abah before coming back to Pakistan.
The premier is scheduled to be back in Pakistan after Eidul Fitr, as he plans to spend the last ten days of Ramazan in Makkah and Madina, the source confirmed.
