Rene Angelil was the only man I ve kissed in my entire life: Celine Dion

C Celine Dion says late husband Rene Angelil was the only man she’s ever kissed. The 48-year-old singer revealed as much in an interview with CBS News while reflecting on Angelil’s death at age 73 from throat cancer. “Before he left, it was very, very difficult for all of us. For me, especially, and my children, to see the man of my life die a little bit more every day,” Dion shared. “When he left, it was kind of a relief for me that the man that I love, the only man that I kissed, the only man that I loved — I’ve never kissed another man in my life … [that] he stopped suffering,” she admitted. Dion and Angelil, her longtime manager, married in 1994 and share three sons, 15-year-old Rene-Charles and 5-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy. Angelil died in January, and Dion doesn’t hope to fall in love again. “I love him. I’m still in love with him. I have the love of my children. I have the love of my fans. I love the people that I work with, so my life is not empty of love,” she said. “I go to bed with him and I come onstage with him and I’m still married to him.”
