SWAT (Staff Report) – Moderate earthquake tremors were felt in Malakand division and surrounding areas on Sunday morning, said Meteorological Department officials.
According to the statement, the magnitude of the quake was found to be 5 at Richter Scale. The epicenter was located in border area of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan at a depth of 111 kilometers.
There were no immediate reports of any damage to property or casualties in any earthquake-related incidents.
