ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said that the nation will witness a visible change in the first 100 days of his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) government.
He stated this while presiding over a meeting of the party leadership in Bani Gala.
PM Khan said that the revival of the country’s weak economy is the government’s priority, adding that corruption is Pakistan’s biggest issue.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi apprised the meeting about the recent visit to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE), while Finance Minister Asad Umer also briefed the attendees regarding the steps being taken for the revival of country’s economy.
The premier while expressing satisfaction over his first overseas visit said that PTI’s manifesto will be implemented at a fast pace and the whole nation will witness a change as promised.
During the meeting, legal aspects of corruption cases against Sharif family were also reviewed.
