Is this actor going to be the next James Bond villain?

LOS ANGELES – As the 25th James Bond movie featuring British actor Daniel Criag as 007 hits the theatres in 2019, one begins to wonder who will be playing the villainous character in the latest edition.

Sir Kenneth Charles Branagh, the renown actor, director, producer, and screenwriter has shown interest in playing the iconic villain of the Bond series. Sir Branagh is known for his cinematic charm and directorial epics including movies like Thor, Murder on the Orient Express, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Valkyrie and others.

Kenneth said, “I think as an actor that is always delicious to play… I am a connoisseur of those Bond villains. But is a hard one to do. I loved Javier Bardem in Skyfall.”

He continued, “The franchise has been great at responding to the way that audiences want to receive the material. That is not trying to be a cartoon – they want to have as much complication as possible.”

Another interesting development is that now we hear James Norton may be taking the mantle from Daniel Craig as the new 007. Rumors have been flying around that the ‘War and Peace’ British actor has been taking the lead for playing the iconic role.

Previously, Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises, Inception) had been eyed as the new James Bond.
