QUETTA – At least six personnel of Levies Force embraced martyrdom in a terrorist attack on a check post in Sanjawi area of Ziarat district on Wednesday.
According to Deputy Commissioner Ziarat, the security personnel were performing their duty when terrorists opened fire at their check post at Lal Khatai in Sanjawi area.
The terrorists fled the scene after the attack. The security forces cordon off the area and started further investigation.
The bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities.
