Maryam Nawaz, Yousaf Abbas remanded in NAB custody till August 21

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif was remanded into National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) custody till August 21.

Maryam Nawaz and her cousin Yousaf Abbas, who were arrested by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday, appeared before an accountability court today (Friday) in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills and money laundering case.

Yousaf Abbas was also reminded into the accountability watchdog’s custody for 12 days.

NAB had a 15-day physical remand for Maryam and Yousaf Abbas.

The court has reserved its judgment on NAB’s appeal for a 15-day physical remand of Maryam Nawaz.
