KARACHI – Gold prices rose sharply across Pakistan on Thursday, with the price of gold increasing by thousands of rupees per tola.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs13,700 per tola, taking the price to Rs471,936 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of gold also rose by Rs11,746, reaching Rs404,609.
Meanwhile, gold prices in the international market increased by $137, reaching $4,495 per ounce.
