Known for his commercial comedy appearances in UFONE, Mikaal Zulfiqar has charmed everyone. He is leaving no stone unturned as he takes up his acting projects. A rom-com film titled ‘Ae Dil Meray Chal Re’ gears this “boy next door look” to make a change and hit the silver screen big time.
‘Ae Dil Meray Chal Re’ projects to appear Mikaal Zulfiqar alongside sister clan Sara and Sana Sarfaraz, Javed Sheikh, Adnan Shah Tipu, Javed Sheikh and Jawed Bashir as well as first-timer Salman Haider, among others. The film is directed by Javed Sheikh’s nephew, Jamal Sheikh.
Zulfiqar who is one of the producers said, “It’s a feel-good romantic comedy, a family entertainment film. I play the role of a supermodel.”
Models Sana and Sara Sarfaraz will be making their film career debut, and have fascinating characters in the movie. One of them will play a role of the career-oriented girl who also has slightly disturbed family and showcases how her perception of things changes when she gets to know the importance of household. The other one is very modern, an outspoken girl from a wealthy family. The film sounds uber exciting and worth waiting for.
Ae Dil Meray Chal Re has a few situational songs and no item song; it will be shot in Islamabad and Lahore. Written and conceived by Awais Hussain and Salman Haider, the movie is expected to release next year.
