Imran Khan says next PSL to be played under PTI s government

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Friday said that entire tournament not only the final of next Pakistan Super League (PSL) would be played under the government of PTI as he is seeming optimistic of winning next general elections.

Addressing the concluding ceremony of Insaf Super League, he said that renowned and quality cricketers would be invited in the PSL, not relu katas (third-class cricketers).

A video of Imran Khan’s press conference had leaked on social media in which he called the cricketers participated in PSL 2017 “phateechar” adding that the authorities have just picked them somewhere from America.

The PSL final was held amid tight security earlier this month which was attended by people from all parts of the country.

Pakistani politicians including Jamat-e-Islami chief Siraj-ul-Haq and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed also attended the final.
