Pakistan, Iran agree to enhance bilateral trade

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan and Iran have agreed on the enhancement of bilateral trade between the two countries.

The understanding came when Iranian Ambassador Mehdi Honardoost called on Minister of State for Finance Rana Muhammad Afzal in Islamabad on Friday.

The two sides showed interest in enhancing cooperation in the Banking Sector.

Both the sides expressed satisfaction over the ongoing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations and affirmed that both sides will cooperate in all sectors.

The commonality of viewpoints was found on various national and international issues.
