Rs 1.8b allocated for PM’s Youth Programme in FY 2015-16

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The government has allocated one point eight billion rupees for the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme in the current fiscal year.

Under the Prime Minister’s special initiative, one hundred thousand students of less developed areas have already been provided relief over the last two years.

The programme is meant for students doing their Masters, MS/MPhil and PhD through the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Prime Minister’s Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme covers one hundred and fourteen districts across the country.
