Setting new precedence: Two PTI MNAs-elect announce not to receive salaries, perks

LAHORE/KARACHI – As the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is set to form a government in the center after leading the National Assembly elections tally, two elected candidates of the party have announced that they would not be taking salary and other allowances giving to a member of the parliament.

The announcement from the incoming lawmakers of the country’s major political party comes as the party chief Imran Khan vowed to adopt simplicity and lessen the government expenses in his victory speech here the other day.
