NEW DELHI – A prominent writer for Indian occupied Kashmir died of cardiac arrest during a live morning show a couple of days ago.
Rita Jitendra, 81, was speaking in a morning show on a state run TV channel when she suddenly collapsed.
The video clip that has gone viral on social media shows Jetinder answering questions about her life and achievements before a fatal heart attack.
The anchors were left shocked at the demise of the lady who then closed the show abruptly.

The lady was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Rita was known figure in the state and also served as Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Cultural Academy.
It is the first such incident reported for the state so far.
