KARACHI (Web Desk) – Mobile phone services have started resuming, following suspension in multiple cities across Pakistan in light of security concerns.

In multiple cities mobile internet service including MiFi devices had also been suspended.
In Karachi the services were suspended early morning and have started resuming. Similar protocols were being followed in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan.
In order to maintain tight security the buildings along the path of the main processions were manned by snipers in Karachi, while overall security was monitored via the central command and control center.
Similar security protocols were followed across the country.
