DUBAI (Web Desk) - Karachi Kings out of the event after defeat from Islamabad United by 9 wickets at Dubai Cricket Stadium, Dubai.

Islamabad United skipper won the toss and invited Karachi Kings to bat. Misbah’s decision proved right with time as no Kings batter was able to face the fury of Mohammad Sami who grabbed 5 wickets for just 8 runs in his quota overs and restricted Kings to only 111 runs.



Andre Russel, Mohammad Irfan and Badree took one wicket each, Ravi Bopara made well played 37 runs while Simmons scored 19 runs.

In reply to a short target, Brad Haddin and Dr Smith took their team to home, both scored fifties in all important clash, Brad scored unbeaten 51 while Smith scored 50 not out.

Sohail Khan took one wicket.
