LAHORE- Almost a week after Firdous Jamal made some controversial comments about Mahira Khan’s, Shaan Shahid has deceided to speak up about the issue.
On Faisal Qureshi’s morning show, Jamal mindlessly labeled the Bin Roye actress as a “mediocre model” and also suggested that she should now play motherly roles on-screen.
Many slammed Jamal’s comments and came out in support of the actor.
The Waar actor took to Twitter to share his stance on the matter and said that he expected better from Jamal.

“Sad to hear what Firdous Sab said about Mahira Khan,” wrote Shaan. “And sad to see what people on Twitter are saying to Firdous Sab. He has given more to this industry than just his last interview. Mahira Khan is a star and no opinion can take this status from her. And Firdous Sab is a legend.”
