KARACHI – Gold registered slight recovery on Wednesday after witnessing losses for two consecutive days in domestic market of Pakistan.
Data shared by All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association showed per tola gold price increased by Rs600 to settle at Rs275,500.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram moved up by Rs515 to close at Rs236,197.
The bullion rates also witnessed upward trend in the international market where per ounce price surged by $6 to reach $2,653 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver rates in Pakistan remained unchanged as per tola and per 10-gram prices stood at Rs3,050 and Rs2,614.88, respectively.
A day earlier, the per tola price of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs600 to settle at Rs274,900. The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also dropped by Rs515 to Rs235,682.
