LAHORE (APP) – Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said Pakistan can be made a strong and prosperous country only through eradication of terrorism. Talking to assembly members of various districts here on Tuesday, he said that every member of the society will have to play an active role for elimination of terrorism as the wars were won with national unity and support of the masses.
He said the elimination of terrorism was essential for survival, stability and progress of the country besides ensuring a safe future for the coming generations.
The chief minister said, peace and law and order will be restored in the country with the speedy implementation of national action plan against terrorism. He said, elements playing with the innocent lives will meet their logical end while terrorism and extremism will be eliminated from the country at any cost.
