FIR lodged against Arif Alvi, three PTI MPA s for scuffle in Cantonment Board office

Karachi – Sindh Police lodged FIR with Darakhshan police station against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s senior leader Arif Alvi and three provincial assembly members for reportedly for grabbing a Station House Officer by the neck.

The FIR has been lodged against Member National Assembly Dr Arif Alvi and three MPA’s Khurrum Sher Zaman, Samar Ali Khan and Dr Seema Zia. Three councillors Muhammad Ahmed, Muhammad Aslam and Adeeba Ahsan have also been nominated under section 147, 149, 186, 427, 452 and 506.

It may be mentioned here that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi stalwart Arif Alvi grabbed the SHO Darakshan by the neck in a fit of rage, when the latter barred him from entering the office of Clifton Cantonment Board.

As per the reports, Arif Alvi and other people were protesting against pilferage of water and non-availability when the PTI leader tried to let himself in with a group of people.
