Shaheen Air refutes reports about emergency landing

KARACHI – Shaheen Air International (SAI) has refuted media claims claiming that flight 902 arriving in Lahore from Manchester made an emergency landing at Lahore Airport after one of its engines caught fire.

The captain took actions according to AIRBUS-recommended procedures regarding engine malfunction. All corrective and preventive actions are being taken and the aircraft will be released for regular operations, the press release said.
