400m people worldwide lack access to health services: WHO

WASHINGTON (APP) – World Bank and World Health Organization have said that four hundred million people across the world lack access to essential health services.

In a report, they said the cost of healthcare is forcing many into poverty.

The institutions said universal health care, encompasses services that should reach everyone regardless of socioeconomic level.
