Drone kills 6 near  Pak-Afghan border

KABUL (Web Desk) – A drone, unmanned aerial vehicle, on Friday killed as many as six insurgents in Rina Parchao area of Afghanistan, located near the border with Pakistan’s disturbed tribal region.

The drone, according to media reports, targeted a hideout of militants and as a result 6 terrorists were killed including two ‘high valued’ commanders, and many others injured.

The identity of the victims could be ascertained immediately.

The incident has happened just two days after a drone had targeted a vehicle of the insurgents in Mamond District and killed six militants.

The dead terrorists were later on identified as Mullah Toor, Rahmanullah  Hasti Gul, Qadar Gul, Nasrat and Amrullah, according to Afghan media..

Afghan National Security Forces had also arrested at least 72 Taliban linked militants in separate raids on Achin District.
