Application seeking registration of Babar Suhail’s murder case filed against PML-N’s lawmaker, SHO

LAHORE - An application seeking registration of murder case of former PPP ticket holder Babar Sohail Butt against local MNA Sohail Shaukat Butt and SHO police has been filed here on Monday.

Babar's brother Qaisar Suhail Butt has nominated two persons including local MNA Suhail Shaukat Butt and Station House Officer in his application in the case.

According to the application two other people including Atif alias Aati and Irfan Jutt have been nominated.

The application noted that Babar was murdered at the behest of Suhail Butt and the SHO, adding that Atif Butt and Irfan Jutt escaped from the back door of the house after firing upon Babar Sohail Butt.

Babar, a former ticket holder of Pakistan Peoples Party, was gunned down by unidentified attackers on Sunday night inside his home in Lahore.
