Modi to skip President’s iftaar party

NEW DELHI (Web Desk) – Showing his hatred and Muslim enmity, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will again skip an iftaar party hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday on pretext of busy work schedule, jantakareporter.com reported.

In the previous year, Moodi had skipped the iftaar party organised at Rashtrapati Bhawan since he was travelling then.

Mr Moodi is scheduled to meet with chief ministers of North-Eastern states in the evening and has a packed schedule, sources have said.

In the last year, most cabinet ministers were also not present in the President’s dinner.

During the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, iftaar parties mark the breaking of the day’s fast.

Indian critics even went on to say that the PM’s absence owing to an official visit to Mumbai had undermined the spirit of secular India.
