KARACHI – Gold witnessed losses in domestic market of Pakistan on Tuesday in line with downward trend in international market.
Data shared by All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association showed per tola gold price plunged by Rs700 to settle at Rs275,000.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram decreased by Rs600 to drop to Rs235,768.
The price of the precious commodity moved down by $6 to reach $2,653 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged in Pakistan as per tola rate stood at Rs3,050 while per 10-gram was traded at Rs2,614.88.
A day earlier, per tola gold price moved up by Rs200 to settle at Rs275,700. Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs171 to reach Rs236,368.
