CHAMAN (APP) – A ceasefire has been declared by Pakistan and Afghanistan forces at the Torkham border in Khyber Agency.
According to Pakistani officials, the Afghan troops approached Pakistani authorities at Torkham waving white flags.
Afghanistan has also agreed not to create hurdles in the construction of a gate on Pakistan-Afghanistan border at Torkham.
Work on the construction of the gate on the Pakistani side of Torkham border has also been resumed.
