MULTAN (Web Desk) – A man suffered burns after a woman threw acid on him for not marrying her. The incident took place in the Makhdoom Rasheed area of Multan.
Police confirmed that the married Shamim, mother of four children, had an illegitimate affair with the much younger victim, 25-year old Sadaqat. They added that the couple’s relationship started getting testy when the man declined to marry his older lover, after which she hurled acid on him. The victim’s father also confirmed that Shamim had attacked his son for not marrying her.
