HAFIZABAD – In a tragic turn of events, as many as 6 female students were killed on Tuesday when a van carrying them rammed into a bus on Gujrat road near Bhalwal city of Punjab.
According to the details, the driver of the van also lost his life in the accident that left four people injured, who were rushed to a nearby hospital; three of the injured are said to be in a precarious condition who were shifted to Sargodha.
The ill-fated van was carrying the students to their college when the bus, from the opposite direction, rammed into it.
The police have launched investigations into the incident while the locals have torched the bus.
