Turkish President expresses grief over Charsadda tragedy

ZURICH (Web Desk) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan telephoned Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and expressed deep grief and sorrow over the Charsadda tragedy.

During the telephonic conversation, the two leaders agreed that terrorism is the common enemy and joint efforts are needed to eliminate the menace.

The Turkish President welcomed the prime minister’s efforts to defuse tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

He expressed support for easing the tension.
