LAHORE – Chinese auto manufacturer Joylong is all set to launch its light commercial vehicles in Pakistan.
Jiangsu Joylong Automobile Co Ltd.’s local subsidiary, Joylong Pakistan, will launch Vans in Pakistan by importing CBU’s (completely built units).
The company will bring four different variants of coasters and Hiace-like vans.
Rehan Meghani, Joylong Pakistan’s Chairman told media that they had decided to target the commercial aspect of Pakistan’s auto industry after thorough studies by both our Pakistani and Chinese counterparts.
The variants we are offering have added features with half the price of currently available commercial vans; this will definitely break the monopoly of Japanese manufacturers, he said.
Under the new auto policy 2016-21, many new automakers are coming into the country and are gearing up to launch new vehicles.
