ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said that our armed forces are fully capable to protect geo-political frontiers and sovereignty of the country.
Talking to media Pakistan in Sialkot on Sunday, he said that negative attitude of Modi government was to disrupt peace in the region.
He said that India sabotaged the Pak-India talks scheduled to be held in New Delhi on Sunday due to its fanatic approach.
He said Pakistan was serious for holding the talks which were the best way for resolving problems. He said that the pre-conditions put by India for the talks were not acceptable to Pakistan.
Asif said that India was making to an aggressive to weaken Pakistan’s economy.
He said that Indian forces were violating the line of control and working boundary just to keep busy our armed forces.
He said that Pak Army was rendering laudable services in purging the terrorists successfully.
